Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to pages and download guides provided by Clash Download Hub on clash-ping.com. The site uses static pages to introduce clients, explain configuration, and answer common questions. It does not offer account registration or require an email address. How clients, subscription services, and external websites handle data is outside the control of this site.

1. Visit Data and What We Collect

When you browse the site, the servers that deliver web pages may receive technical information such as your IP address, request time, page path, response status, browser details, and referring page. This data helps serve pages, detect unusual activity, and troubleshoot problems. A static site still makes network requests, so visits are not necessarily unrecorded.

This site has no registration forms that collect names, phone numbers, or email addresses, and does not ask you to submit subscription URLs, proxy credentials, or full configuration files. Configuration and subscription fields shown on the pages are examples for learning, not online connection tools. Do not put real subscription credentials in a site URL: they may be saved in browser history, referrer data, or server logs.

2. Analytics and How We Use It

We use analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device types, and actions such as switching download platforms. This helps us assess whether guides are easy to find, identify pages that need more detail, and track down link or interface issues. Analytics are not used to create records of proxy traffic inside the software.

If analytics scripts are enabled and your browser allows them, they may send page URLs, referral information, device and browser details, and interaction events. The specific fields, identifiers, and retention periods depend on the deployed configuration. This policy does not guarantee that all records cannot be linked to the same visit. The site does not actively access client connection logs, proxy nodes, traffic contents, or subscription lists.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Browser Controls

Analytics tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to recognize a browsing session. Whether they are stored and how long they remain depends on the analytics configuration in use. Page features may also use browser local storage to save preferences. Download platform selections are mainly restored through the URL fragment, which works differently from cookies.

Use your browser's site settings to view or delete cookies and local storage, or restrict scripts and tracking requests. These restrictions may affect analytics or some interactive features, but basic explanatory content will remain available. Clearing local data does not automatically delete records already sent to servers, and private browsing does not prevent servers from receiving information needed to fulfill requests.

4. Third-Party Links and Download Services

Download links may lead to app stores, official client websites, or file distribution services. After you click, the destination may receive your IP address, browser details, and referral information, and handle that data under its own privacy policy. Even when a download URL appears to use this site's domain, file delivery may be provided by distribution infrastructure.

Before downloading, check the destination domain, client name, and supported platform. Review system prompts and permission details during installation. Subscription services used by a client may process account, connection, and billing information; check their terms separately. Links in our guides do not guarantee how external services handle data, and this policy does not replace a client's own privacy notice.

5. Policy Updates and Further Help

We may revise this page when our analytics methods, site features, or download services change, and update the last-updated month at the top. Changes involving new data uses or storage methods will be explained here. Please refer to the version currently published on this page.

For help with site features or configuration, start with the Help Center or User Guide. When troubleshooting, share only the error details needed and redact subscription URLs, passwords, and personal network information. This site has no dedicated account portal for managing personal data. Do not submit sensitive credentials when reporting an issue.
